      Once you accept the quote, you’ll receive an invoice. Choose your preferred method of payment, complete the payment, and send me confirmation.
   3. Receive your translation
      You’ll receive the translation by email, and by post if you request a hard copy.

      Choose the type of translation service you need (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate, driver licence, etc.).
   3. Upload your documents and pay
      Upload a clear, legible scan or photo of your document and complete the secure payment online. If taking a photo, place the document on a flat surface in a well-lit area and make sure the entire document fits within the frame.

Standard personal documents are usually ready within 5 business days. If you’re in a rush, I offer next-day and 2-business-day services. For larger or more complex projects, the turnaround depends on the text volume and subject matter.

No, apostille and authentication services are not provided. Only the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) can issue apostille or authentication stamps for use overseas. For more information and to apply, please visit the official DFAT page.

According to the Italian Consulate website, website, Australian Apostilles do not need to be translated. This means you can get your document translated either before or after it is apostilled. However, if your document has not been apostilled in Australia, the Apostille itself may need to be translated.

No. Translations don’t expire. The date on the stamp is about my NAATI revalidation (which happens every three years). As long as the translator was NAATI certified at the time of translation, the document remains valid.
