Document Upload Guide
To ensure the best quality translation, please follow these guidelines when submitting your documents:
1. Document Quality :
Upload a clear, legible scan of the document. When taking a photo, place the document on a flat surface in a well-lit area. Ensure the entire document fits within the camera frame, with no parts cut off.
After scanning, double-check the image for clarity and sharpness before uploading to ensure it is easy to read and fully visible.
2. Additional pages:
If the certificate is longer than one page and translation of additional pages is required, please select the correct number of additional pages on the product page. These additional pages must belong to the same certificate (e.g., multiple pages of a single certificate issued on the same date).
3. Apostille stamps:
An apostille stamp is an official certification attached to a document to verify its authenticity for international use. If your document includes an apostille that requires translation, please select the appropriate option when uploading it. For more information on apostille stamps, click here.
