Email a scanned copy/picture to iTranslations or upload a copy of your document/s using the Contact Form
- Pay your invoice
Once you accept the quote and receive your invoice, choose your preferred method of payment, pay the invoice and send us confirmation of payment
- Receive your translation
You will receive your translation by email and in the mail if you requested a hard copy.
Personal documents are usually delivered in 3 business days or less if urgent. I also offer next day delivery and 2 business day delivery.
In general, the turnaround time for other documents or projects depends on the volume and complexity of the source text.
Payments are due when the invoice is issued, in order to avoid delays in the delivery of your translation/s.
Payment can be made bank transfer, PayPal and credit card.
Rates depend on many factors, including the urgency and complexity of the source text. I charge a fixed fee starting at $50 for standard certificates for up to 200 words and a per-word rate for other documents (word count is based on the original document).

An extract translation is basically the translation of all essential details on a template used for official purposes. This type of translation is usually provided when the full translation is not required. It can be quicker and less expensive than translating the full document.
Absolutely. Everything is basically done online, so it doesn’t really matter where you are located.
If you are overseas, please bear in mind that there could be a delay in replying to emails because of the time difference. And sometimes the time difference can work to your advantage.
An increasing number of organizations and bodies accept a soft copy of the translations.
In some cases you may still need a hard copy, so please check with the authority to which you need to submit the translations.
In case you do need a hard copy, the translation will be mailed to you either by Regular or Express post according to your needs (postage fees apply).
Yes, I have extensive experience in translating documents for the Italian Consulate and I am also on their list of approved translators.
Translations will be carried out according to Italian Consulate requirements.
In this case, please check the recognition requirements with the authority to which you need to submit the translations.
If you do not have access to a scanner you can still take a picture of the documents and upload them using our Contact Form. The picture needs to be high resolution and clear. Alternatively you can take a picture with your phone and send them through the WhatsApp Chat on the right. If this is not an option, please use our contact form.
No, I cannot authenticate documents. Apostilles are issued by DFAT Offices. Please visit DFAT website for more information.
According to the Italian Consulate requirements, Apostilles issued by the Australian Government do not need to be translated, which means that you can have your certificate translated even if it does not have an Apostille.
For this reason, documents that need to be translated for the Italian Consulate can be translated before or after being apostilled.
